Junior HR Operations Specialist with German (BPO/ SSC) – M/K

Zakres obowiązków

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (Hire to Retire)
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (SAP/ERP), ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Handle employee queries in an international environment
• Support recruitment processes (job postings, coordination with hiring managers)
• Assist with pre- and post-payroll activities, including data validation and payroll checks
• Monitor and maintain time & attendance data
• Administer training processes in LMS (content uploads, tracking, reporting)
• Prepare HR reports and support audits
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs Wymagania
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• min. 6 months of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin
• Fluent German (C1) and English (min. B2)
• Excel skills
• High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Experience in audits will be an asset Oferujemy
• Permanent contract after the probation period
