Responsibilities:

Develop and promote the journal by attracting high-quality publications

• Create and develop Special Sections in line with the journal’s strategy
• Build relationships with editors and researchers, and promote the journal within the academic community
• Analyze data, report results, and share best practices within the team
• Initiate process improvements and activities that enhance author and reviewer satisfaction
• Requirements:

University degree (master’s preferred) and professional experience working with clients or academic projects

Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)

Ability to analyze data, manage projects, and work under time pressure

• Proactive approach, results-oriented mindset, and strong relationship-building skills
• Interest in science, academic publishing, and the principles of Open Science
