About the project

Your responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for user issues, service requests, and operational support for Group employees.
• Resolve incidents, communicate clearly with users, and help ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and access rights (Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory).
• Set up and manage end-user devices via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across first- and second-level support.
• Document support cases and contribute to user guides and FAQs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and, where necessary, external service providers.

Our requirements

• CV in English - No one from Poland will be reviewing this CV.
• Fluent English, spoken and written — mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).
• Strong customer and service orientation, with a structured and independent way of working.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of tickets without losing accuracy or composure.
• Occasional travel availability.

• French language skills.
• German language skills.
• Certifications such as Microsoft AZ-900 or MS-900.
