IT Business Analyst

At Pretius, we are looking for a IT Business Analyst to a project to for global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries.

Project / RoleWork with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business requirements with system functionality throughout the project lifecycle

• Demonstrate knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirements management and other associated methodologies
• Anticipate, elicit, analyze, understand, validate, coordinate, document and manage business and functional requirements associated with formalized project life cycle across product releases or projects
• Provide support to project management for the implementation of customer solutions, and articulate technical concepts
• Document, analyze and interpret business policies and processes
• Manage workload to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed accurately and on time
• Present information effectively to customers and respond in a timely, accurate manner
• Manage data via Requirements Management Tool(s) Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with working knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, and Adobe XD
• Hands-on experience with requirements and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MiroStrong ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the creativity to develop innovative business solutions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet challenging deadlines
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with practical experience working in Agile environments
• English proficiency at a minimum B2+/C1 level What do we offer?
