THE WORK

We're scaling our technology organisation to match a growing business and a full commitment to AI. This role sits at the intersection of two things that increasingly can't be separated: making AI real for the parts of the business that aren't technical, and keeping the infrastructure underneath the whole company - devices, access, security - solid enough to build on. You lead a small team and report to the CTO. You own both ends of the mandate: AI adoption outside engineering, and the IT backbone that keeps the company running.
