We are a collective of 17 people working in Krakow. No managers, no corporate layers between you and the work. Everyone here makes real decisions and owns the results. You will too, at your own pace.

Recruitment process

Book a 10-15 min online chat with Miko or Pawel. No CV needed. It is a space to ask initial questions and get to know each other. No technical questions.
If we receive more applications than we can handle with calls, we will ask you to fill in a short form with a few questions instead.
If it clicks: 1 hour technical meet at our office.
Happy Hours: a day in the office with the team. A mix of activities, casual conversations, and getting to know each other.
