Implementation Consultant

• You’ll contribute to a global aviation platform used by airlines, pilots, and operations teams. The environment is demanding: systems must be reliable, accurate, and always available. Your work will sit at the intersection of engineering and real-world implementation — translating business needs into working solutions and making them function in live operational environments. In practice, you will: Work directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure, adapt, and develop Python-based services and tools to support customer implementationsAct as a bridge between engineering teams and business users — explaining, negotiating, and aligning on solutions
• Handle time-sensitive deliverables and support implementations under tight deadlines
• Travel internationally to support workshops, onboarding, and go-live phases
• Troubleshoot issues in production environments and ensure systems perform reliably in real operations Ideal candidate profile Several years in software engineering or similar roles
• Strong Python skills (APIs, services, data handling in production environments)

Confidence working directly with clients or business stakeholders

• Ability to operate in dynamic environments where requirements evolve
• Fluent English and experience in international collaboration
