About the Job

Do you want to help shape the foundation our people data stands on?

We are looking for an HR Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Global People & Culture Operations team and support the implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across 25 countries.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate activities that ensure our employee data is accurate, complete, well-structured, secure, and fit for use. You will play a central role in data migration, data quality, governance, validation, and ongoing data-load processes.

In collaboration with your colleagues in Global P& C Operations, you will partner closely with P& C colleagues in our Regions. Together, you will help establish a reliable and sustainable people-data capability for Falck.
