Group Buyer – IndirectWe are looking for two Strategic Buyers to join our Purchasing team. Each role will be responsible for managing a dedicated category and driving procurement excellence across the organization. One position will focus on Marketing Services (including creative agencies, market research, and media), while the other will oversee Facilities, Utilities, Recycling, and Contract Manufacturing.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the continuous availability of goods and services that support business operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global suppliers to deliver cost-effective procurement solutions while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for two individuals to join our Purchasing team, each owning a distinct category:

Develop and implement purchasing strategies for marketing services (incl. creative agencies, market research, media)

Work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Develop and implement purchasing strategies for facilities, utilities, recycling, and contract manufacturing

• Ensure availability of goods and services to maintain business continuity
• Manage the end to end purchasing process, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and procurement of materials and services
• Conduct global market research to monitor industry trends and identify new suppliers and cost saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to secure a continuous supply of high quality products across multiple locations
• Negotiate global contracts and pricing to achieve cost effective purchasing while upholding quality standards
• Develop, review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with group policies and regional legal requirements
• Oversee contract renewals and modifications
• Provide critical input to projects, supporting commercial teams and ensuring alignment with global purchasing strategies and cost objectives
• Our requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing, with a focus on global sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiations; FMCG experience is an advantage
• Experience in Marketing / POS purchasing or marketing services procurement (creative agencies, market research, media)

Ability to analyze costs and prices to develop effective purchasing strategies while identifying and mitigating risks

• Ability to plan and manage purchasing projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
• Solid negotiations skills
• Strong English skills for smooth international collaboration (min. B2)

Knowledge of current market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging products and technologies

• Experience with SAP
