We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Event & Participant Operations Specialist to oversee the end-to-end operational execution of our global training programs and corporate events. Working closely with learning administrators, instructors, and external participants, you will ensure flawless participant lifecycle management, LMS event setup, virtual platform logistics, and operational support.

Responsibilities

Participant Administration: Handle participant registrations, prerequisites, approvals, waitlists, and cancellations within the LMS. Oversee attendee communications (invitations, reminders, pre-event packages) and issue official documentation (e.g., attendance letters).

LMS Event Coordination: Set up, configure, and maintain virtual and classroom training events, sessions, and learning communities in the platform. Ensure accurate session parameters, capacities, and access links.

Virtual Logistics Support: Configure online delivery environments (e.g., MS Teams), perform pre-event system checks, monitor live access, and provide real-time technical support to facilitators and attendees.

Data & Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date tracking logs, event rosters, and centralized document repositories (SharePoint/DMS). Monitor shared communication channels to address inquiries promptly.

Quality Assurance & Reporting: Audit event data for accuracy, track enrollment metrics, generate status updates, and support continuous improvement across event operations.

Requirements

Education: Vocational diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related domain.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in training administration, corporate event coordination, or centralized customer service.

Technical Skills:

High familiarity with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Prior experience using LMS event management features or dedicated event registration systems.
