Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET+React)

About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join a team developing and maintaining business applications supporting HR processes for one of the leading ERP and HR software providers in the Polish market.

In this role, you'll work on both desktop and web applications, contributing to their development, maintenance, and modernization. You'll have the opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, SQL databases, cloud solutions, and React-based front-end applications while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Designers, and other Engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and modernize desktop and web applications built on the .

NET platform.

Design and implement new features using C#, .

NET, JavaScript, and React.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and data models.

Participate in application modernization initiatives, including migration from desktop to web-based solutions.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Designers, and Developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Work within Scrum/Agile development teams.

Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.

Knowledge of Git.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

English at minimum B1/B2 level.

Polish at minimum B2 level.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
