Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services
• Work as part of a 4-6 person Agile team, pairing with other developers and a dedicated product owner
• Take business requirements, decompose them into stories, and deliver iteratively to production
• Provide production support as part of the team’s “build and support” culture
• Proactively identify and reduce technical debt while delivering new features
• Design and implement solutions following internal technology, security, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with peers and share knowledge across global locations
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles
• Strong experience with Java and Python in a production environment
• Deep understanding of Spring Framework, REST APIs, and event-driven systems
• Good knowledge of microservices architecture and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Understanding of software engineering principles: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a global Agile team

Optional

• Experience or interest in:
• Prompt engineering, LLM integrations (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Data Science
• Clean Architecture, event streaming technologies
• JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React)
• Prior experience in regulated enterprise environments
