FP& A Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Location: London Department: Finance Reports to: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis Functional Reporting: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Purpose of the Role

To lead the consolidation of flash reporting, forecasting and the annual budgeting process. Working closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, you will design, capture and report both financial and non-financial performance information, with a focus on identifying key business drivers and aligning insights with strategic objectives.

This role is central to driving improvements in business analytics and management information through better utilisation of historical data and current commercial information to support more informed, forward-looking decision-making.

You will play a key role in developing business intelligence and data capabilities across the organisation while providing financial insight to support business growth, including new business opportunities, pricing strategies and customer retention initiatives.

The role is responsible for delivering high-quality management information to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and supporting sustainable business growth.

As part of a small, high-performing central FP& A team within an evolving organisation, you will balance the consistent delivery of high-quality reporting with a continuous improvement mindset and thought leadership.
