By 2027, everyone will have a personal AGI working for them around the clock, and we’re building it. We want to win that market and become the most popular personal AI agent in the world.

The role

You’ll shape how the product works and feels, then build it yourself. You’ll own the product experience from the first prototype to the details people use every day.

Our ideal person for this role is someone like Benji Taylor: strong product taste paired with the engineering skill to bring it to life.

What you’ll do

• Own how the product looks, feels and works across web and iOS
• Design and build intuitive interfaces for a personal AI agent that acts on your behalf
• Prototype interactions in code, test them with users and ship improvements quickly
• Take features from early sketches to production, including the engineering needed to make them work
• Build reusable components and evolve our design system as the product grows
• Refine motion and interaction details while keeping the product accessible and fast

• Exceptional product taste and engineering ability, with shipped products that show both
• The ability to turn rough ideas into working prototypes and production interfaces
• Deep care for typography, layout, motion and interaction details
• A track record of building accessible, responsive interfaces that feel fast and intuitive
• A bias for speed over process and iteration over perfection
• Comfort taking ownership and shipping to production with little guidance
• A conviction that personal AI is the most important thing you can work on right now

About the team

We’re currently a team of 5:

• Founder: a serial entrepreneur who has started 3 companies and sold his previous one to a well-known Web3 social platform. This is his most ambitious one yet.
• Founding Engineer: one of the earliest engineers at two high-growth European startups that together have raised more than $500M.
• Founding Operations Manager: brings operational rigour from a career that started at a global bank.
• Founding Product Engineer: has built products used by millions, including at a well-funded European robotics startup.
• Founding Creative Director: has grown an audience to 20k subscribers and generated more than 10 million views.

• $100k–$120k cash
