About the Project: For our client, a global business services center (FMCG sector), we are looking for an experienced Transition Manager. You will join the Finance Transformation team to take full, end-to-end responsibility for relocating, standardizing, and optimizing financial processes from global divisions / segments to the centralized GBS structures. This role is designed for an expert who can manage the scaling of operations and smoothly guide the organization from one operating model to the target global operating model.
