We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Solution Engineer to join our team.

Tasks

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting and financial statement preparation for overseas subsidiaries; ensure timely local tax filings and compliance; guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of financial data and support the IPO by providing overseas-related financial documentation.
• Oversee overseas treasury management and tax planning; optimize capital allocation and capital efficiency while reducing financial and tax costs.
• Establish and continuously improve the financial risk management and internal control framework for overseas operations to mitigate foreign exchange, tax, and liquidity risks.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts for overseas operations; monitor budget execution, analyze operating performance, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Liaise with local auditors, banks, and financial institutions to maintain strong external partnerships and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with local business teams to support the development of overseas subsidiaries.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation and professional competence in finance.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing finance operations across multiple jurisdictions, preferably within an international or multinational organization; familiar with end-to-end financial operations of overseas subsidiaries and capable of independently overseeing overseas finance functions.
• Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or German tax and accounting regulations and compliance requirements, with strong compliance risk management and mitigation capabilities. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English sufficient to prepare financial reports, communicate with auditors and financial institutions, and collaborate with international teams.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP; proficient in using the system for financial accounting, report preparation, and related tasks.
