EU PPWR Regulatory Project Manager (M/K)

Zakres obowiązków Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of EU PPWR remediation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable project plans for cross-functional teams Collaborate with Packaging, Compliance, Risk, Sustainability and Operations teams to ensure alignment on regulatory interpretations and deliverables Monitor changes in relevant regulations and proactively adjust project scopes and strategies Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation to senior stakeholders and regulators Implement best practices for regulatory project governance, including documentation, audit readiness, and stakeholder communication Wymagania Proven experience managing projects in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, FMCG etc) Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to your sector (e.g., FCA, GDPR, ISO standards, MHRA, EU standards or equivalent) Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical or legal jargon into clear, actionable guidance Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a knack for anticipating and mitigating risks PMO Certifications i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, or regulatory-specific training Oferujemy Agency work – initial 6-month employment contract – extension possible Benefits package – option to add sports cards, medical cards, and life insurance A culture that values integrity, transparency, and collaboration – where compliance is seen as a driver of innovation Hybrid working model with flexibility to balance office and remote work
