Responsibilities

• Supporting the Montessori Teacher in the daily work of the classroom.
• Communicating with children in English throughout the day using the language immersion method.
• Supporting children in their daily routines and encouraging independence.
• Helping prepare and maintain a beautiful, engaging, and well-organized learning environment.
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Working closely with the teaching team and contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Fluent English — native or near-native level.
• Confidence in communicating with children exclusively in English throughout the day.
• Experience working with children in a kindergarten, nursery, or early childhood setting.
• Genuine interest in or experience with Montessori education.
• A genuine desire to support children and contribute to an environment that fosters their harmonious development.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Creativity, initiative, positive energy, and a good sense of humor.
• A warm, respectful, and patient approach to children.

• Full-time employment contract.

• Salary: 5 500 – 6 500 PLN gross, depending on experience.
