Contribute to the development and implementation of site modernization, automation, and technology roadmaps. Collaborate with both local and global teams to drive the adoption of engineering best practices. Leverage production and technical data to identify improvement opportunities and support business decision-making. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee engagement. Wymagania Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. Proven experience leading engineering or technical teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, drive engagement, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Experience delivering optimization, modernization, and capital investment projects. Ability to make data-driven decisions and leverage analytical tools to solve operational and technical challenges. Solid understanding of process efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels. Fluent English language skills, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
