Role Overview We are looking for an End User Experience Engineer to design, automate, and manage our global endpoint ecosystem. This role focuses heavily on Apple platform management (macOS/iOS via Jamf), zero-trust remote access (SASE/ZTNA), and cross-domain operational reliability across enterprise workspace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Apple & Mobility Ownership: Manage Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and the full lifecycle (patching, configuration, compliance, app distribution) for macOS and iOS, alongside baseline Android Enterprise support.

Remote Access & Networking: Own the rollout, policy management, and ongoing performance of SASE/ZTNA remote access platforms.

Cross-Domain Engineering: Troubleshoot complex client-side issues spanning endpoints, Identity (IAM), proxies, and SaaS platforms.

Automation & AI: Write scripts (Bash/Zsh, Python) and build API integrations (Jamf API) to automate management tasks, utilizing AI/LLM tools to optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications

Required:5+ years in EUC, endpoint engineering, or workspace platform engineering (Financial Services / Fintech preferred).

Strong hands-on expertise in Apple platform administration (macOS, iOS, Jamf Pro, ABM).

Proven experience deploying enterprise remote access solutions (SASE/ZTNA).

Solid scripting skills (Bash/Zsh, Python) and working knowledge of REST APIs.

Solid grasp of Android Enterprise basics.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Windows management (Intune/SCCM basics) or VDI (Citrix).

Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to automate operations.
