E2E Solution Architect (m/f/n)

We are looking for an E2E Solution Architect (m/f/n) to join our client’s team located in Wrocław.

Purpose of the Role:

Ensures that end-to-end business solutions and digital products are defined, shaped, and evolved to drive industrialization, future-proofing, and measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Translates business and process requirements into coherent value-driven solution concepts, spanning processes, data, and enabling platforms. Works closely with process Architects and IT to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture (owned by IT).

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital solution architecture, digital transformation, or product-based delivery roles
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) and their functionality to enable business processes
• Proven ability to shape end-to-end solution proposals linking business value, process design, and enabling technologies
• Ability to engage credibly with IT and platform teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and influence stakeholder
• English: B2/C1Experience working in shared services or Business Hub environments is an advantage
• Main tasks
• Drive identification and prioritization of digital improvement opportunities with clear linkage to value creation (efficiency, quality, working capital, experience)

Translate business and process requirements into scalable digital solution designs defining functional capabilities, use cases, and value outcomes aligned with Business Hub priorities

• Ensure coherence, standardization, and outcome focus of digital solutions across process, data, and platform domains, aligned with UPM target architecture principles
• Identify and manage dependencies across systems, platforms, processes, and data to ensure integrated solution delivery
• Drive scaling and utilization of solutions across use cases and Business Hub services
• Contribute to Business Hub portfolio planning and roadmap development by providing input on solution feasibility, value potential, dependencies, and scalability
• Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders (business, process, IT, data, platforms) to shape end-to-end solution proposals and ensure alignment on value, scope, and feasibilityKey stakeholders and interfaces
