Responsibilities:

Identify gaps in DORA BCCM from a control framework perspective within L3 in Taxonomy

  • Analyze current BCCM controls against DORA regulatory requirements and technical standards
  • Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to DORA requirements
  • Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate findings
  • Coordinate activities across stakeholders of various seniority levels
  • Support definition and alignment of business continuity and crisis management controls Requirements:

DORA subject matter knowledge including main regulation and regulatory technical standards with actionable requirements for financial entities

  • Experience in business continuity and crisis management (BCCM), IT service continuity management, or broader operational resilience
  • Experience working within financial entities or the banking sector
  • Experience in performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
