Our client is seeking an experienced Director to lead strategic client engagements and support the continued growth of their consulting practice. This is a senior leadership role where you'll help organisations answer critical business questions: how should support functions be organised, should services remain in-house or move to Shared Services or outsourcing, what sourcing strategy delivers greatest value, and how can complex transformation programmes be delivered successfully with minimal risk. Position Overview

As Director of Global Business Services and Transformation, you'll lead strategic consulting engagements with executive leadership teams, combining deep expertise in Global Business Services, Shared Services, Sourcing Advisory, Outsourcing Strategy, and Enterprise Transformation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll act as a trusted advisor helping organisations design and implement operating models, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes. This role plays a key part in shaping the practice's growth and market presence, blending client delivery with business development and team leadership.

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements advising C-suite executives on Global Business Services, Shared Services, and sourcing strategy across major organisations.
  • Shape the growth of a specialist business transformation practice whilst building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver complex transformation programmes spanning multiple functions, geographies, and business units from strategy through to benefits realisation.
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams whilst contributing to thought leadership and market insights within the sector.
