About the roleWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines to support our customers in maintaining and enhancing their software delivery processes.

In this role, you will focus on building, optimizing, and administering Jenkins-based environments, with a strong emphasis on Groovy-based pipelines and automation. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure build and deployment workflows.

This position also offers exposure to modern cloud platforms and DevOps tools, allowing you to continuously expand your skill set while delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Declarative & Scripted Pipelines)

Develop and manage reusable Jenkins Shared Libraries using Groovy

Administer and support Jenkins environments (plugins, security, performance, scalability)

Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance issues, and system bottlenecks

  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize build, test, and deployment workflows
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
  • Integrate Jenkins with version control systems (e.g., GitHub)

Monitor systems and pipelines, supporting incident resolution

  • Assist with basic cloud operations (AWS/Azure) – including log analysis and basic troubleshooting
  • Document pipelines, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience with Jenkins in a DevOps or CI/CD role
  • Strong knowledge of Groovy, especially in Jenkins Pipelines and Shared Libraries
  • Solid understanding of Jenkins administration (plugins, security, agents, troubleshooting)

Experience with scripting (PowerShell required; Bash/Python is a plus)

Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including:

Logging and monitoring

Basic troubleshooting (e.g., restarting services or instances)

Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) for daily communication with stakeholders
  • Immediate availability to join the project
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with Artifactory or other artifact repositories
  • Exposure to Docker and containerization
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog)

Basic knowledge of cloud-native tools and services in AWS/Azure
