The passion for traveling is what unites the entire eSky Group (eSky, eDestinos, Thomas Cook). Our online travel agency was created by combining years of experience in the travel industry with a love for modern technology. We develop solutions that inspire people to explore the world and together, we turn these inspirations into experiences.
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our core beach & city destinations across the CEE region: managing supplier relationships, tracking performance data, and keeping our property portfolio competitive. The role calls for a commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and solid market knowledge of CEE travel destinations.
What will your journey with us look like?
Supplier Relations & Offer Negotiation
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key CEE destination suppliers, building collaborative and productive partnerships.
Proactively negotiate exclusive deals, tactical discounts, and value-adds to give eSky a commercial and strategic advantage.
Review and maintain the property portfolio, making sure the top-selling properties for each supplier stay live, competitive, and optimised for sale.
Portfolio Optimisation
Manage the sharing and accuracy of supplier promotional offers in our internal systems, ensuring immediate time-to-market.
Run an active “remove and replace” strategy to keep the product aligned with CEE consumer trends.
Spot poor quality or unacceptable property content and raise it with bed banks/suppliers to keep listings high quality.
Data, Reporting & ExpertiseAct as the resident expert on destinations popular among CEE customers, keeping your market knowledge sharp and current.
Compile and analyse weekly performance statistics for your key destinations, sending detailed reports to main suppliers to track performance and spot growth opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
Share supplier offers and tactical product updates with internal teams (Trading, Marketing, Social, and PR) to maximise distribution and ROI.
Take part in regular trading, commercial, and supplier meetings, helping drive the company’s commercial agenda.
To succeed in this role, you need:
Experience in destination/product management, contracting, or supplier management within the travel industry.
Strong negotiation skills and a commercial, results-driven mindset.
A data-driven approach: comfortable working with performance statistics to guide decisions.
Good knowledge of CEE travel markets and consumer trends, or a strong willingness to build this expertise fast.
The ability to manage multiple supplier relationships at once, with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Trading, Marketing, and other commercial teams.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Comfortable using Excel; knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Experience using AI tools commercially, or openness to working with them.
