Demand Forecasting Specialist (M/K)

Zakres obowiązków Support the preparation and maintenance of demand forecasts based on order backlogs, demand trends, market developments, and business requirements Analyze demand and planning data and help translate it into material and option-related demand plans Monitor critical components and support activities securing material availability in close cooperation with Procurement and Material Management Maintain and improve forecasting master data, planning parameters and data quality Participate in cross-functional planning processes Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting methods, planning processes and analytical tools Support capacity planning activities and help identify potential supply risks at an early stage Collaborate with international stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and Production Wymagania University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or a comparable field Around 2-4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning, Logistics Planning or a related area Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and material flows in a manufacturing environment Initial experience with forecasting, planning activities or demand analysis Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures or production-related data Experience in the automotive industry or another manufacturing environment is an advantage Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data and digital tools Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP, Access, Python or other analytical tools is a plus, but not required Very good English language skills Oferujemy Work in an international environment with a stable market position Attractive salary Opportunity to contribute to the dynamic growth of the company Opportunity to participate in international projects Private medical care, funding for a MultiSport card, funding for studies/language courses, meal subsidies, and many other benefits Hybrid work system
