You will lead significant change initiatives across their shared services and value streams, working with stakeholders across different locations to deliver complex, multi-workstream programmes from inception to closure. Position Overview

As Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of change initiatives within the organisation's shared services and value stream structures, or support the Delivery Lead in organising and leading change programmes. You will plan, mobilise and deliver multiple work streams of large-scale initiatives, proactively managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. Your role is critical in ensuring the organisation adopts and deploys its change framework consistently, maintains regulatory compliance, and achieves strategic alignment across the wider change portfolio.
