We are looking for a DBB Deployment Business Analyst (RTR) to support the deployment of the global DBB design across Operating Companies (OpCos), ensure process conformance, and drive the successful adoption of the Record to Report Global Template. In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert and key partner to Operating Companies stakeholders, supporting analysis, change management, and seamless execution of standardized RTR processes. Your responsibilities would include: co-responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Global Template solution, following the transition approachparticipating in the deployment phase by reviewing solution documentation such as user guides, training manuals and system specifications prior to distribution to Operating Companies key users and end users, and ensuring that the subject area is accurately representedidentifying and analyzing business impacts of implementing the Global Templateworking with the Solution Consultant to gather, document and challenge specific local requirements (tax, legal, compliance related) following a zero-gap approachproviding expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodologybeing responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situationacting as a change agent and supporting the Operating Companies on their change journeyworking with Operating Companies users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the Global Template solutionensuring proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, key user training, etc.)thoroughly performing functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing of the solution and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are metlogging issues and risks that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and following through on resolution of those issuescompleting and improving test scenariossupporting roles and responsibilities mapping vs. positionscontinuously improving and keeping documentation up to date (SOPs, process descriptions, Solution ID materials, etc.)supporting onboarding of new team members in the functional areaensuring adequate handover to Business as Usual after the stabilization phase of the transitioncontributing to project status reporting. You are a good candidate if you: bring 3–5 years of experience in RtR domains such as Financial Accounting, Period End Closing, Tax and Treasuryhave understanding and knowledge of RtR Global Standards, such as Design Book, templates and proceduresmanage time effectively and can prioritise in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentdemonstrate strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and assertivenessare comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, international settingare fluent in English (written and spoken) You’re a great candidate if you also: have experience in global template deployments, transformation projects or large-scale process standardisationbring a proactive, analytical mindset and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
