Data Management Specialist / Workday Prism ConsultantWe are looking for an experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team and support data quality and integration processes within the Workday ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

Review payroll data files received from payroll providers before they are loaded into Workday Prism.

Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues that prevent successful data loading.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data by:validating mandatory fields, correcting incorrect date formats, identifying and removing hidden blanks or formatting issues, resolving other data inconsistencies.

Take ownership of data quality and proactively address data-related issues independently.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).

Workday Compensation Certification (preferred).

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism, beyond a beginner level.

Solid background in data analysis and data validation.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of data quality.

Nice to have

Experience working with payroll data.

Knowledge of HR data management processes.

Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-go-live operations.
