Data Engineer

We're building a modern, scalable data platform at Medius and looking for a Data Engineer to help shape it. You'll join our Data Platform team working with Azure Databricks and Data Lakehouse technologies — building the pipelines and infrastructure that power our AI/ML models, analytics, and core business intelligence.

Medius helps companies automate spend management — from purchasing and invoice processing to payments — using AI at its core. The data platform you'll help build is what makes that possible.

What you'll doDesign and build ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing infrastructure on Azure

• Develop and optimize solutions within Azure Databricks and Data Lakehouse environments
• Deliver reliable, high-quality data to AI/ML, analytics, and reporting consumersOwn data governance, security, and integrity across the platform
• Monitor and improve pipeline performance and reliability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into solid engineering
• Keep up with the data engineering ecosystem and bring new ideas to the team
• What we're looking forMust-haves:

Python (Pandas, PySpark) — you write it daily

• Strong SQL and comfort working with large-scale datasets
• Hands-on ETL/ELT experience in Data Lakehouse environments
• Practical Azure cloud experience
• Apache Spark and Azure Databricks
