In this role, you will independently provide customer support services via email, chat, and phone to high-profile clients specializing in internet-based search and video-sharing platforms.

Your objective will be to ensure effective handling of customer inquiries and maintain high service quality standards.

What we offer:

• Civil contract.
• Salary range: 31.00-33.00 PLN gross/h.
• Hybrid collaboration from Kraków.
• Introductory activities aimed at enabling the contractor to become familiar with the tools and agreed scope of services.
• Possibility to provide services within the time range from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, depending on the contractor’s availability and preferences.
