Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality.

Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.

Providing product-related information.

Registering requests in internal systems.✅ What we expect:

Very good command of Greek.

Good command of English.

Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g. washing machine, refrigerator, TV)

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with computer tools efficiently.

Availability of at least 120 hours per month (flexible distribution).🚀 We recruit remotely! Learn about the stages of recruitment:

Cooperation based on a civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode in Warsaw: 49,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 44,00 gross/h .

Bonus system.

If you choose the on-site mode: the possibility of switching to hybrid cooperation after meeting operational requirements of the project, and good performance. (3 weeks remote, 1 week onsite).

Flexible cooperation schedule based on the collaborator's declared availability and operational needs of the project.
