Customer Service in Ukrainian, Russian, and English

Tasks:

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and messages.
• Answer customer questions and solve basic issues.
• Handle more complex problems when needed.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with other teams to resolve customer requests.
• Support customers with returns, complaints, and product questions.
• Follow company procedures and guidelines.

Our requirements:

• Excellent Ukrainian and Russian written and spoken language skills (C1/C2)-both mandatory.
• Very good command of English (B2).
• Availability during project hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), minimum 8 hours per day.
• Availability to provide services from the Warsaw office.
• Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.
