Customer Service Advisor with German

Your responsibilities

Conduct phone calls / e-mail /chat/ social – media correspondence

Support the hotline (incoming calls)

Provide information on the product and service concerned

Collect and processes orders both by phone and by e-mail and others form of contact

Help to solve customers' problems and advises customers.

Fluent in written and spoken German (C1)

Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.

Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.

Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.

Highly organized.
