Conversational AI Engineer with German (m/f/n)

We are currently looking for a Conversational AI Engineer with German (m/f/n) to join an international technology project.

Responsibilities:

Automate various business processes using CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy) utilizing both deterministic rule-based and probabilistic LLM-based approaches.

Conduct business analysis for use cases selected for CAI automation.

Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompt strategies.

Develop solutions, including API call configuration, NLP training, and TTS enhancements.

Perform testing, including functional and NLP testing.

Collaborate closely with business owners and clients to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI platform (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie).

Experience in business requirements analysis and process design.

Experience working with conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot technologies, including platforms such as Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie.

Proper communication and escalation skills.

Good command of English and Polish languages.

German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset.

Nice to have:

Experience with advanced prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.

Familiarity with TTS and voice AI solutions.

Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and webhook-based architectures.

Experience working in agile environments.
