Role Overview The Commercial Technology Partner & Site Lead is accountable for enabling technology services and business technology capabilities across commercial sites within the Operating Units.

The role acts as a trusted business-facing D& T partner, serving as the primary point of contact between site leadership, commercial teams, central D& T functions, and third-party providers. The position ensures that business priorities, operational needs, and technology requirements are understood, translated into actionable digital solutions, and effectively supported.

In addition to overseeing site-based technology operations and digital workplace services, the role supports commercial technology platforms (e.g., DMS, SFA, CRM and related solutions), helping field force and distributor-facing teams maximize business value from technology investments.

The Commercial Technology Partner & Site Lead also serves as the local representative for the D& T Tech Partner model, providing business demand input, facilitating communication between sites and central teams, and driving continuous improvement through service performance insights and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities Business Technology PartnershipAct as the primary technology partner for local commercial and site leadership teams.

Understand business priorities and translate them into technology and digital requirements.

Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, central D& T teams, and external providers.

Act as the primary site contact for OU Tech Partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, demand management, communications, and technology initiatives.

Support prioritization of business demand and provide structured feedback to D& T teams.

Promote adoption of D& T initiatives and organizational change across the site.

Commercial Technology Enablement

Support the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of commercial technology platforms such as CRM, DMS, SFA, and related solutions.

Partner with commercial, field force, and distributor-facing teams to maximize business value from technology investments.

Act as the local escalation point for commercial technology issues and coordinate resolution with central teams.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital solutions and automation.

Service Delivery & Operational ExcellenceOwn day-to-day technology service delivery and digital workplace support for the site.

Coordinate technology rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and new solution deployments.

Maintain local technology assets and support lifecycle management activities.

Monitor service performance and provide site-level insights to identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement.

Support the transition of local applications to strategic global platforms where appropriate.

Incident & Service Management

Oversee service performance, SLA adherence, and incident resolution activities.

Act as an escalation point for technology incidents and problem management.

Represent the site during major incident management activities when required.

Identify recurring issues and collaborate with D& T teams and vendors on long-term solutions.

Contribute to post-incident reviews and service improvement plans.

Site Technology & User Support

Provide hands-on support for workplace technology and end-user requirements.

Support meeting rooms, AV systems, and hybrid collaboration technologies.

Promote self-service capabilities and effective use of approved technology solutions.

Deliver or facilitate user training, awareness sessions, and adoption activities.

Cyber Security & ComplianceAct as the local contact for cyber security queries and site-related security activities.

Identify and escalate potential security incidents in line with established procedures.

Promote secure working practices and support implementation of security initiatives.

Your profile Required: Proven experience in digital technology, business technology or technology partnering roles with significant stakeholder engagement responsibilities.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Experience working within a global, matrixed environment across multiple stakeholders and functions.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Awareness of cyber security principles and best practices.

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft productivity tools, collaboration platforms, video conferencing technologies, and basic networking concepts.

Experience working with ITSM tools, including ServiceNow.

Awareness of basic cyber security principles and practices. Preferred:

Experience supporting commercial technology platforms such as CRM, DMS, SFA, SAP, Power Platform, or similar business applications.

Experience supporting AV and meeting room technology and hybrid working environments.

Experience supporting regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, government, or critical infrastructure.

Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams in a matrix organization.
