We are seeking a Collections Specialist to support debt collection and receivables management processes.

Location: Wrocław/ hybrid B2B Contract/ UoPImmediate start available

Responsibilities:

Monitoring overdue accounts

Conducting collection activities
Resolving payment-related issues
Cooperating with customers and internal teams
Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements:

Min. 1 year of experience in Collections, AR, Credit Control or OTC

Fluent English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approachSAP experience is preferred
Offer:

Employment based on either a B2B contract or a temporary employment contract

Hybrid work model (1-2 days per week in the office)
