About the OfferWe are currently looking for a Cloud Architect to join the team of our client from the banking sector. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will support the client's Core Technology Architecture and Engineering department, designing resilient, scalable and cost-efficient cloud platforms that turn ambitious modernisation plans into measurable delivery. You will also be involved in ongoing on-premise to cloud migration activities.

Key Details:

Rate: up to 190 PLN/h net + VAT

  • Work Model: B2B contract, full-time (40 h/week), hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office
  • Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia
  • Language: Advanced English
  • Responsibilities:

Design resilient, scalable and cost-efficient cloud platforms in line with the bank's modernisation plans

  • Architect hybrid deployments spanning multiple cloud providers and on-premise infrastructure
  • Support on-premise to cloud migration activities
  • Provide architectural support to the Core Technology Architecture and Engineering department
  • Requirements:

At least senior-level experience as a Cloud Architect

Proven experience with hybrid implementations in a large-scale enterprise, preferably in the financial sector, covering at least two cloud vendors as well as physical on-premise infrastructure

Expertise in cross-cloud and on-premise hybrid deployment architectureIn-depth expert knowledge of the service architecture of at least one cloud provider:

Azure: Entra ID, RBAC/PIM, Azure Policy, VNets/Virtual WAN, Express

  • Route, Private Link, Bicep/Terraform, Azure SQL, Databricks, Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, FinOps, Backup/DRGCP: IAM, Org Policy, SCC, VPC Service Controls, Shared VPC, Interconnect/VPN, KMS, Terraform, Infrastructure Manager, Cloud Build/Deploy, GitOps, Cloud Operations, SRE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataplex, Vertex AI, Gemini, responsible AI, FinOpsAWS: IAM, Organizations/SCPs, Control Tower, VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, KMS, AWS CDK, Terraform, Code

Experience designing advanced cloud-based AI platforms (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini) to support complex business tasks
