CIF & Value Chain Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Consultant to drive the end-to-end mapping of vendor contracts against our IT application landscape, services, and core infrastructure. In this role, you will perform data analysis, inventory tracking, and stakeholder alignment to ensure data accuracy and system traceability. This position is an ideal fit for a professional with around 4 years of consulting or project support experience who wants to deepen their expertise in IT asset governance, data analysis, and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & IT Asset Mapping

Analyze, link, and document relationships between commercial contracts, software applications, and IT infrastructure components.

Build, maintain, and structure high-integrity Excel tracking models, master data files, and inventory registers.

Perform data reconciliation, cleansing, and verification to resolve gaps or inconsistencies across systems.

Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop SupportCo-facilitate alignment workshops and interviews with key business, procurement, and IT stakeholders.

Capture business requirements, track follow-up action items, and maintain project dependency logs.

Translate complex data relationships into clear executive summaries, status updates, and reporting decks.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

Work alongside Senior Consultants and Workstream Leads to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Support audit-readiness and compliance efforts by verifying contract scope against operational IT usage.

Qualifications & Profile

Experience: ~4 years of background in management consulting, business analysis, project support, or a related corporate function.

Technical & Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex lookups, pivot tables, data structuring, index/match) and a solid grasp of fundamental IT environments and software architecture.

Communication: Business-fluent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills for liaising across IT and business units.

Execution Style: Highly structured, proactive, and rigorous regarding data quality, precision, and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have)

Background in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, Operational Resilience) or IT Asset / Vendor Risk Management.

Hands-on experience with large-scale data manipulation or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
