CEO Project Manager

CEO Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced CEO Project Manager to partner directly with the Group CEO and drive the execution of high-priority initiatives across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of decision-making and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with a direct impact on the C-level agenda. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and the CEO’s Executive Assistant to ensure the effective execution of strategic priorities and the CEO’s agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s operating rhythm and executive agenda from a business perspective
• Oversee and drive strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, decision-making materials, and progress reports
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across business units and leadership teams
• Monitor initiative progress, identify risks, and proactively support issue resolution
• Ensure effective communication and follow-through on key strategic priorities

• What We Are Looking For8+ years of experience in project, program, or transformation management
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Experience working closely with senior executives in complex, matrix organizations
• Previous consulting experience and corporate project management expertise will be an asset
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in both English and Polish is required
