C++ Developer with Python (Mid) – AI / Deep Learning

Rate: Up to PLN 1,100/day + VAT (B2B)

Location: Remote, with occasional visits to Gdańsk

  • Experience: 3–5 years
  • Industry: AI, semiconductors and high-performance computing
  • Work on the technology behind AI 🚀Are you a C++ developer who enjoys getting under the hood of complex software? Interested in how deep learning frameworks work with specialized AI hardware?

We’re looking for a Mid-level C++ Developer with Python to join a project for a global technology company working on advanced AI computing solutions.

You’ll work close to the software stack that enables AI workloads to run efficiently on specialized hardware. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on testing, debugging, performance, and improving the way deep learning frameworks interact with AI accelerators.

Important: Previous hands-on development experience with Intel Gaudi software is mandatory. Experience limited to general AI, Python, or PyTorch without Gaudi development will not be sufficient for this role.

What will you do?

Develop, test, and improve software components within the Intel Gaudi software stack and its PyTorch integration.

Work with C++ and Python to investigate issues and improve software quality.

Debug and profile code, identify performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot complex technical problems.

Develop and maintain automated tests using pytest and PyTorch testing utilities.

Contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

Reproduce bugs, validate fixes, and prevent regressions across supported environments.

Take ownership of medium-sized engineering tasks from investigation through implementation, testing, and code review.

Contribute improvements and upstream pull requests where appropriate.

What are we looking for?3–5 years of software development experience, with strong C++ and Python skills.

Hands-on development experience with Intel Gaudi or any other similar GPU Accelerator experience - is a must.

Experience working with PyTorch internals or another deep learning framework.

Basic knowledge of GPU or accelerator programming, such as CUDA, SYCL, or OpenCL.

Experience with Linux, Docker, Git, and debugging tools.

Familiarity with automated testing, particularly pytest and PyTorch testing frameworks.

Experience working with CI systems such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

The ability to independently deliver medium-sized technical tasks and contribute to code reviews.

Nice to have

Experience with the Gaudi software stack or PyTorch bridge.

Familiarity with torch.compile, Dynamo benchmarks, or deep learning performance testing.

Experience with hardware accelerators and AI workload optimization.

Contributions to open-source projects.

What’s in it for you?

Up to PLN 1,200/day + VAT on a B2B contract.

Remote work with occasional visits to Gdańsk.

The opportunity to work on software powering advanced AI and deep learning workloads.

Hands-on exposure to C++, Python, PyTorch, and specialized AI hardware.

A technically challenging role where debugging, engineering quality, and performance really matter.

Interested?

If you have hands-on Intel Gaudi development experience and enjoy working at the intersection of C++, Python, and AI infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply and let’s talk! 🚀
