Business Transformation Lead | Bulgaria

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Transformation Lead to join our Operations & Business Transformation practice.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals who combine a strong management consulting toolkit with hands-on operational experience and a passion for helping clients improve performance. We are looking for individuals who can advise senior executives on how to optimize operations, reduce costs, eliminate waste, redesign business processes, and implement new ways of working, while supporting implementation and delivering measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will have experience working within or advising manufacturing, production, retail, supply chain, or other operationally intensive organizations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, performance improvement, and business transformation initiatives. Beyond project delivery, this role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to build trusted client relationships, identify growth opportunities, develop new business, and contribute to the continued expansion of our consulting practice.
