For our Client – an international organization operating within the defence and security sector – we are looking for an experienced professional to join the team as: Business Development Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth opportunities within one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving industries in the world.

Job Tasks:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the defence sector

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and pursue new growth opportunities
• Support the development of new products and service initiatives based on market research and industry requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and government stakeholders
• Assess business opportunities from both strategic and financial perspectives, including profitability and ROI
• Monitor market trends, procurement activities, and competitor initiatives to support strategic decision-making
• Contribute to the development and execution of business development and go-to-market strategies
• Support the expansion of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) capabilities and service offerings
• Requirements:

Experience in business development, strategic marketing, programme development, or growth initiatives within the defence industry

• Hands-on experience in developing MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) activities, including spare parts management, support services, and cooperation with domestic and international industrial partners
• Strong analytical and research skills enabling identification and assessment of market opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to create and execute effective business development and marketing strategies
• Good understanding of the defence sector, including procurement processes, regulations, and key market players
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess business opportunities and investment potential
• Security Clearance ('

Confidential') or willingness to undergo the clearance process

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Military Studies, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
