We help global manufacturers in automotive, aerospace & defense, packaging, medical devices, and FMCG digitalize and optimize their production processes. We operate from Poland, Germany and the United States, serving clients across four continents.

The Role

As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities in the DACH market and passing qualified leads to the Sales Director, who owns the proposal and contract process

The Team

You will join the Sales & Marketing department, which operates across our offices in Kraków, Berlin and the United States. The team is made up of a Sales Director, Business Development Managers, and Pre-Sales specialists. You will also work closely with the marketing team on a daily basis together you will plan lead generation campaigns, tailor messaging for the DACH market, and prepare sales materials.
