About the role

The BCM Officer will support the Head of NF Risk in the execution of the business continuity management lifecycle and coordination with the 1st line departments.

How you will get the job donecoordinating the update of the risk analyses, the business impact assessment, the business continuity plans and the planning and setting up of the BCM crisis testmonitoring all BCM activities, challenging and supporting the 1st line in the executionproviding training and being the bridge between the ERGO BCM community the 1st line departmentsowning the ERGO BCM policy and guideline and ensuring its implementationbeing responsible for the update of the BCM process in Adonis

Skills and experience you will needfluency in English (C1)

Master’s degree in economics or related fields2+ years of hand on experience in business continuity management within an insurance companystrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to explain complex requirements into practical implementation steps and strategic recommendationsflexiblity and ability to identify the highest prioritieswillingness to learn, receive, and share constructive feedbackvaluing equality and taking the initiative to help colleagues

Nice to haveDutch or French language proficiency (B1)experience working for a big4 company
