Project overview

This project centers on expanding and maintaining an enterprise grade Airtable ecosystem used for operations, planning, and cross team collaboration. The goal is to build reliable workflows, integrations, and data structures that support high volume usage. You will help evolve the platform and introduce improvements that streamline internal processes.

Position overviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience working with Airtable to support business processes, data management, and workflow optimization.

The ideal candidate has a strong Business Analysis background and at least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, improve business processes, structure data, and design practical solutions using Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure data in Airtable to support business needs and decision-making
• Build and maintain Airtable databases, relational structures, views, formulas, and reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Create and maintain Airtable automations and workflows
• Work with large and complex datasets
• Identify data issues and provide solutions to improve data quality and processes
• Integrate Airtable with external services and internal platforms
• Work with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective data solutions

• Strong commercial experience as a Business AnalystAt least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable
• Practical experience with Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations
• Strong data analysis and data management skills
• Experience working with structured and complex datasets
• Understanding of data modeling and data quality principles
• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools is a plusBasic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into practical data solutions
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks from planning to delivery
