Gather, define, and document business requirements related to payment initiation, authorization, status tracking, recalls, returns, and exception management.

Capture and document Host-to-Host (H2H), API-based, and file-based payment integration scenarios.

Create and maintain business process documentation, payment workflows, process flows, business rules, and exception handling scenarios.

Support requirements related to ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards, payment reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare clear, detailed, and testable business requirements for delivery and technical teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery teams throughout the implementation and change process.

Wymagania

Experience as a Business Analyst within payments or transaction banking.

Strong knowledge of domestic and international payment processes.

Experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX standards.

Understanding of payment reporting and regulatory requirements.

Ability to document business processes, requirements, and payment workflows.

Experience working with APIs, H2H integrations, and file-based payment solutions

Nice to have:

Experience with UAE banking and payment systems.

Previous exposure to payment recalls, returns, and exception management processes.

Analyze end-to-end payment processes and payment flows.

Define business requirements for payment initiation, authorization, status tracking, recalls, and returns.

Capture and document Host-to-Host (H2H), API-based, and file-based payment scenarios. Support ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards, and regulatory reporting requirements.
