Key Responsibilities

Gather & Document Requirements: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to capture, refine, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.

Analyze & Optimize Processes: Map current workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities for process improvement.

Bridge Business & IT: Translate high-level business goals into precise, actionable technical instructions for development and IT teams.

Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Spotfire to visualize complex research data.

Support Implementation: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management initiatives, and end-user training.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Biology, Immunology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business/systems analysis or system implementation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire).

Strong spreadsheet modeling skills (Excel VBA).

Familiarity with requirements and project management platforms (Azure DevOps, Jira).

Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks.
