The roleAs a Broker Relationship Specialist you'll manage broker-led loan applications end-to-end, working closely with brokers and internal credit teams to negotiate and structure the best possible lending outcomes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, loan processing, managing deal flow, resolving broker-related enquiries and educating brokers on our products, policies, and Partner Portal.

As the main point of contact for external brokers, you'll build strong broker relationships, provide guidance on products and credit requirements, and act as a vital connection between brokers and internal teams to ensure streamlined and successful loan processes.

What you'll doCultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, ensuring open and responsive communication that reflects our values and service standards.

Facilitate the setup of new brokers within our systems, delivering a comprehensive onboarding experience.

Educate brokers on our products, policies, and platforms, including setting up Partner Portal access.

Work closely with BDMs to assist in the lodgement and fulfilment of business loans, ensuring smooth collaboration for successful client outcomes.

Act as a key intermediary between brokers and internal Credit teams, negotiating deal structures and outcomes within product and policy frameworks.

Support brokers with customer loan inquiries (prospective, new, and ongoing) by retrieving and organising key documentation to expedite the loan process.

Collaborate with Submissions, Credit, and Contracts teams to streamline loan processes for brokers and their clients.

Gather and prepare customer bank statements and relevant documentation for the Credit team.

Provide regular updates to brokers regarding their application status and follow up on outstanding information as necessary.

Full-time.

Compensation: 66,000 - 156,000 PLN gross per year, depending on experience.
