We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who may not know everything yet, but is hungry to learn, open to challenges, and genuinely enjoys writing code that works and scales.🟪 Scope of service:

Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features.

Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern tools like Docker.

Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.

Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R& D mini-projects.🟪 What We Value:1+ year of commercial experience in backend development.

Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git).

Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations.

A love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.

Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.
